WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POILICY?

At FASHION UTD., your happiness comes first. Should you find any reason for discontent, we're here to make it right. Simply return any item within 30 days of delivery for a refund, exchange, or store credit. To initiate the process, kindly use our Contact Us page.

For a successful return, please ensure the item is in its original packaging, unworn, unaltered, and in pristine condition. Unfortunately, items received after the 30-day window cannot be accepted for return or exchange. Please note that a handling fee may apply to all returns."

HOW LONG IS MY RETURN/EXCHANGE GOING TO TAKE?

Upon receiving your return, please allow up to 10 business days for us to process your refund or exchange. We take care to ensure fairness in our returns process and reserve the right to decline returns if we suspect misuse of our policy, including instances of excessive returns, empty package returns, reseller activity, or fraudulent behavior.

HOW LONG DO YOU PROCESS AN ORDER?

We aim to process all orders within 1-3 business days. However, certain factors such as incomplete payment, insufficient address details, or peak seasonal demand may cause delays. In such cases, we'll contact you via email before processing your order to ensure smooth and successful delivery

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING USUALLY TAKE?

Please note that orders will be delivered within 7-10 business days after processing, not from the date of order placement.

DOES YOUR PRICE INCLUDE CUSTOMS TAX?

Our listed prices do not cover any potential customs taxes or duties that may be imposed by your country on packages originating from abroad. Customers are responsible for settling these charges. If you require clarification on the applicable rates, we recommend reaching out to your country’s customs office for assistance.

WHAT IF I WANT TO CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Regrettably, once your order has been processed, we cannot accommodate any changes or cancellations. However, if your order has been fulfilled, we can assist you with initiating a return or exchange.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

After your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number for your convenience. You can utilize this tracking number in our Order Tracking portal. Please note that it may take our couriers up to 5 days to update the tracking information associated with this number.
